Inspection Agreement Example

We are pleased to present the following proposal for roofing inspection services to be performed on your building/home/facility.  This proposal includes all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following described scope of work:

DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

• Automatically inspect all roof systems installed on your building/house/facility once/twice yearly; once during the months of April or May (after the long, hard Cleveland winter), and once during the months of November or December (after the autumn leaves have all fallen).
• During the actual inspection process, we will remove and dispose of, at most, foreign debris (leaves, dirt, moss, trash, etc.) discovered on the roof (and around roof drains) to fill one contractor sized garbage bag per roof area.
• Shortly following each inspection visit, we will prepare and deliver a "report of condition", which will include identifying all roof system defects discovered during the insdpection (photos may also be included), recommendations for needed repair and maintenance work, and finally, an estimated cost to perform the recommended work.
• The cost of each inspection and report will be;

     1.   Years 2011 to 2015 ..........................  $xxx
     2.   Years 2016 to 2018 ..........................  $xxx
     3.   Years 2019 to 2021 ..........................  $xxx

This agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) day written notice to the other party.
